Emerging Leaders Cohort
Build the Next Generation of Confident Leaders
A 14-week leadership development cohort that helps organizations strengthen their leadership pipeline and prepare emerging leaders to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.
Organizations often promote talented individual contributors into leadership roles because they are strong performers. But success as an individual contributor does not automatically translate into success as a leader.
Without the right development, new and emerging leaders may struggle with communication, delegation, accountability, conflict, decision-making, coaching, and managing team expectations. This can lead to overwhelm for the leader, frustration for the team, and missed opportunities for the organization.
The Emerging Leaders Cohort helps bridge that gap.
This 14-week leadership development experience equips new, aspiring, and recently promoted leaders with the mindset, tools, and practical skills needed to step into leadership with greater confidence and effectiveness.
Designed for organizations that want to build a stronger leadership pipeline, the cohort combines facilitated learning, group coaching, peer accountability, workplace application, and practical leadership resources to support real growth on the job.

Why Organizations Invest in Emerging Leaders
Strong leadership pipelines do not happen by accident. They are built intentionally.

- Communicate with clarity and confidence
- Lead teams through everyday challenges
- Delegate effectively and manage priorities
- Navigate conflict and difficult conversations
- Coach and support team members
- Strengthen accountability and trust

- Apply leadership tools in real workplace situations
- Grow from individual contributor to confident leader
- Support a healthier leadership culture
